- 1 can (300g) chick peas
- 8 sun dried tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp harissa
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
Put everything together in a container and blend until nearly smooth. To serve drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some paprika.
