Ingredients:
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get the salsa to the consistency you like. Refrigerate before serving.

- juice of half a lime
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeƱo, roughly chopped
